Other Sunday programs
Platform is our main event on Sunday mornings, but we offer a lot more!
9:45 Forum
Forum is a space for topical presentations followed by audience questions and discussion in an informal setting. 9:45-10:45am on the ground floor in the Hanke Room, just to the right of the west entrance at the back of our building.
Colloquy
Colloquy is a guided reflection on a given topic. Readings, sharing, poetry and music are included in the format. The topics change weekly and are chosen by one of our facilitators. Sample topics include: listening, gratitude, aging, and responsibility. Colloquy is a process that simultaneously connects us to ourselves and to each other and meets 9:45-10:45am every Sunday in the Board Room (upstairs in the office area on the west side of the building), from September through May.
Coffee Hour
After Platform join us for coffee, talk, and socializing. Meet after Platform on the ground floor in the Becker Room, right underneath the Auditorium. And, if you're new, grab a yellow mug so we can say "Hi!"
Visitors' Open House
After the main Platform, visitors are invited to talk in a small group with current members of the Society. Hosts answer questions and describe the Society during a half-hour meeting (12:00am-12:30pm). Meet after Platform in the foyer.
Youth Programs
Our Sunday Ethical Education for Kids (SEEK) program helps children from infancy through their late teens make sense of the world around them. We teach young people to contribute to a more loving and ethical world community. SEEK Ambassadors are waiting at every entrance to greet you and your children, and answer any questions you might have about the program.
