With over 40 women on its roster, the Tuesday Women's Association is one of the largest social groups at the Ethical Society of St. Louis. It's also one of the ones with the deepest history—though established in 1966, its roots go back to the Society's Women's Auxiliary, which performed philanthropic works in the St. Louis community beginning in the 1920s. Members and friends of the Society are welcome to attend meetings and events and join the Association.
The Association's programs cover a wide range of ethical, social, cultural, and artistic topics. The group offers the Foreign Policy Association's "Great Decisions" discussion series from February to June. And from January to April, the Association co-sponsors four International Relations Lectures with the American Association of University Women. The program schedule is rounded out yearly with monthly book reviews, special programs, field trips, legislative letter-writing, and current events discussions.

The Tuesday Women's Association contributes canned goods and staples for Operation Food Search. In addition, the Association's social causes committee provides financial support to specific groups that promote Ethical Society interests and values. This committee allocates 40% of the proceeds from the Association's annual bazaar and other fundraising events to various organizations, particularly those involved with providing hunger relief and shelter to the poor, promoting children's welfare, and protecting the environment. Other funds collected by the Association benefit Society projects, including the purchase of furniture, carpet, blinds, and kitchen equipment, and interior and exterior improvements to assist with accessing the platform and enhancing aesthetics.
