Join us to mark and celebrate the anniversaries of folks who have been members of the Ethical Society for 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, even 60 years. Our Ethical Voices chorus and community will fete them with song, and several anniversary members will share their stories of what the Ethical Society has
meant to them. The beginning of a new season at Ethical is the perfect time to appreciate our past and look forward to our future. And be sure to take part in the potluck lunch afterward to re-connect with old friends and make new ones!
After Platform, you are invited to a “Bower of Flowers” in the Assembly Hall. Flowers are the beautiful symbol of the hope and love we have for one another. It’s been a brutal summer but we’d love to make an enchanted indoor garden with your flowers, branches, wildflowers, or weeds.
During coffee hour, there will be anniversary cake and a cool pot-luck lunch that lets our members out of the hot kitchen so they can catch up on the latest. Please bring a cold dish to share for eight people. Anything goes, but we don’t need desserts because we’ll have cake. And if your entrée is vegan, please label it for our Ethical eaters.
